Why do my eyes hurt when I take out my contacts lenses?
When ever I take out my contact lenses, I feel like I have something in my eye, and it feels like every time I blink my eye is being scratched, and it's in both eyes, are the contacts scratching my cornea? Because I don't feel any pain in my eyes when I have my contacts in. Please answer
May be dry eyes and when you take your contacts out, that irritates them to the extent that you feel it more. (IF you are usuing your contacts properly). Call your optometrist, tell him or her your problem and ask them which drops you should use to help solve this problem. Make sure you remind them that you wear contacts as most drops are not made for contact lens wearers.
